For me, it is a great New Year reminder to focus on what’s important and in taking care of ME!
WARNING before reading what I shared at this week’s party…it IS a fun Foodie Friends Friday #Healthy Choices Party dish and there IS an “OUCH” moment too!
I thought I would share my Activated Nuts Coconut Milk Tahini Spirooli Salad.
P.S. I LOVE my Spirooli and I have also made homemade Activated Nuts which are A LOT less cheaper than healthy store bought; even with bulk buying!
I saw this New Year words of inspiration and poem via Fun Priority and thought I would share them with you!
What can be said in New Year rhymes,
That’s not been said a thousand times,
The New Year’s come, the old years go,
We know we dream, we dream we know.
We rise up laughing with the light,
We lie down weeping with the night.
We hug the world until it stings,
We curse it then and sigh for wings.
We live, we love, we woo, and we wed,
We wreathe our prides, we sheet our dead.
We laugh, we weep, we hope, we fear,
And that’s the burden of a year.”
