I do!

Thanks to Anyonita of Anyonita’s Nibbles, I was asked to co-host this party and she recently found out I only party on the days that end in Y!

After a short break and with new co-hosts now on-board, the #TastyTuesdays party is in full swing!

I would not be the party “hostess with the mostest” (American expression) if I did not welcome you!

We are a very relaxed bunch here and there’s only ONE rule:

ONLY like up recipes and food posts from you blog!

Serves: 8 - 10
Ingredients
  • Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
  • 1½ cups caster sugar
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Rabbit moulds large and small (optional)
  • pink food dye
Instructions
  1. Instructions
  2. In a saucepan, place, sugar, gelatine and hot water; stir until combined; about 8 minutes.
  3. Boil mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla essence and whisk vigorously on high until mixture is thick; about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour mixture in rabbit moulds; place in fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or until fully set. (See Notes)
  6. Remove from fridge and mould; roll in coconut; decorate ears with pink dye.
  7. ENJOY!
Notes
If you do not want the marshmallow in the shape of rabbits, cut to desired size, roll in coconut; refrigerator until fully set.
